Welcome to Emblix Academy. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and online learning platform. By registering an account or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

By accessing or using Emblix Academy, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

Emblix Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

• You may access course materials you have enrolled in for personal learning only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course content without permission
• You may not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or download platform content
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform
• Access is provided per individual — account sharing is not permitted

To access most features of Emblix Academy, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate other users
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Emblix Academy offers both free and paid courses. By purchasing a course, you agree to the following:

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to enrolled course content
• Course content may be updated or enhanced over time without notice
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements

Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid courses if you are not satisfied. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before completing more than 20% of the course. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

All content on Emblix Academy — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, graphics, logos, software, and assessments — is the property of Emblix Academy or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any platform content
• You may not create derivative works based on our course materials
• Recording or screenshotting paid course content is strictly prohibited
• Emblix Academy trademarks and branding may not be used without written permission

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in account termination and legal action.

Emblix Academy may allow you to submit content such as forum posts, comments, project submissions, and reviews ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute it on our platform.

• You retain ownership of your original User Content
• You confirm that your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Emblix Academy:

• Sharing, reselling, or distributing course access credentials
• Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff
• Posting spam, misleading information, or fraudulent content
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Circumventing any technical measures or access controls

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal proceedings where applicable.

Emblix Academy's platform and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Course content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice
• We do not guarantee employment or specific outcomes from completing courses
• Third-party tools and resources referenced in courses are used at your own risk

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emblix Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the user agreement at any time.

• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately
• Paid course access will be forfeited upon termination due to policy violations
• Provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimer, and liability survive termination

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
